Sri Sharadamba is an embodiment of Saraswathi, the Hindu goddess of knowledge, holds a venerable position in Hindu spirituality, especially revered in Sringeri, Karnataka, and the broader context of Kashmir Shaivism. As the presiding deity of knowledge and arts, her worship is central to the Sringeri Sharada Peetham, one of the four Advaita Vedanta monasteries established by Adi Shankaracharya.

Sri Narmadeshwara is a sacred Banalingam — a naturally formed Shiva Lingam from the Narmada River, one of the holiest rivers in India. Banalingams are self-manifested (Swayambhu) and are considered among the most auspicious representations of Lord Shiva. Worshipping the Banalingam bestows spiritual merit, removes obstacles, and brings peace and prosperity to devotees and their families.
Sri Sharadamba Temple (SEVA) was founded on the belief that true spirituality is inseparable from selfless service. From feeding the homeless and distributing blankets to nurturing young artists in classical music and dance, SEVA has become one of the most impactful community-serving organizations in the Bay Area.
